Sunil Rana, Ph.D.

Dr. Sunil Rana graduated from the University of Southampton, UK with BSc. Honors Degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry. He completed his Ph.D. studies in the field of synthetic organic and solid phase chemistry and subsequently won a Post Doctoral Fellowship at Argonaut Technologies, where he took on various appointments as both R&D personnel and QC Manager. He is currently Manager of Chemical Development and Production in the Discovery Chemistry Group at Biotage, based in Wales, UK. He maintains an active interest in the development of new reagents and new technologies on solid supports as well as method optimization and scale up chemistry processes.
