Being in the scientific field for about ten years or so, I have always enjoyed the company of ChemDraw even in my toughest 'scientific' moments (my PhD period). After my postdoctoral fellowship in academia, I decided to join the pharmaceutical industry world. I started in a Biotech and then moved to a pharmaceutical industry, and in none of them was ChemDraw used. How disappointing! I could never fully get adjusted to other software and when I saw that the ChemDraw version 10.0 was available, I took this opportunity to test it.

The first comment I made when I opened the 10.0 version was that the structure of the front window looks the same as in my old 4.5 version. A very reassuring feeling for me as I really thought it would take me a .....
