SARvision is a powerful method to organize, view, and navigate chemical information. With a proprietary set of algorithms, SARvision identifies chemical scaffolds common to a series of molecules in a dataset and organizes them hierarchically in a Scaffold Tree. The tree of scaffolds gives an option to go through complex chemical datasets, such as those found in the design of libraries for screening, after virtual screening or to quickly have an overview of high throughput screening results.

The scaffold tree provides the basis from which it is easy to builds molecule tables and graphs on demand for subsets of compounds. The scaffolds are arranged into a hierarchy of increasing complexity that allows the user to efficiently navigate complex datasets, and can be fully manipulated by the user. By simply clicking on a scaffold, the associated molecules are displayed in a robust chemical .....
